Tropenheml National Shild K.W. 41 ???

Hi Guys,

ned your help about this National-Helmet-Shild    K.W. 41   What maker is it ???, I have a G.B. 41 (Gustav Brehme) but cant find this Maker

Hallo Wüstenfuchs, this is the only other shield I've personally seen with the details you've provided.

There is a well known badge manufacturer named Karl Wurster, which was based in Markneukirchen in Saxony (same location as Gustav Bremer).  Wurster was a producer of badges and awards such as the Crimschild.

However, the Wurster manufacturing markings that I've seen are normally different - often the initials KWM within a circular design.

There may be someone out there with more knowledge on Tropenhelm badges who may be able to assist.
