British Entrenching Tool With Integral Mine Probe/Bayonet Attachment.

Recently obtained this very interesting item. Just got "Oh Snapped" again! This example is dated 1944, but they supposedly ceased production earlier as the German observed mine clearing operations and developed the wooden box type personnel mines! hmm   Barron

Hi Barron, yes an interesting item you've got there.  Personally I hadn't seen one of these before
with the mine probing bayonet attachment - so again I have learned something  smile

Thanks for posting!

Regards Markus

Re: British Entrenching Tool With Integral Mine Probe/Bayonet Attachment.

Isn’t this a British entrenching tool from the 1937 pattern webbing set?

Enjoy the hobby, Keith
